Cold Air and Short Ram induction systems create MORE horsepower
than EVERY comparable intake system on the market. Only AEM
induction systems feature CNC mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum intake
pipes that are individually tuned in both length and diameter
to maximize power in each application. Every AEM intake is zirconia
powder coated and has TIG-welded fittings and brackets. All
AEM air induction systems are C.A.R.B exempt and come with complete
installation hardware, comprehensive instructions, AEM decal
and license plate frame. |

Big
Rotor Brake Systems
O.E.
Caliper Big Rotor Brake Kit
AEM's Big Rotor Brake Kit allows for use of the Original Equipment
(O.E.) brake caliper, making it the most affordable big rotor
system on the market. AEM's rotors have an average 20-percent
larger surface area and can reduce a vehicle's stopping distance
by up to 33 percent. These oversized rotors also increase brake
torque for reduced pedal effort and have a greater thermal capacity
that extends performance during continuous hard braking. Venting
and drilling was a key consideration in the engineering process
of the rotors and ensures maximum heat dissipation for reliable,
consistent braking. The utilization of CNC-machined 6061-T6
billet aluminum rotor hats diminishes the rotor's tendency to
cup under extreme prolonged use and reduces the overall weight
of the rotor when compared to cast versions. The AEM Big Rotor
Brake Kit includes caliper repositioning brackets, complete
Premium Grade and aircraft-quality hardware, comprehensive instructions
and AEM decals. |

Brake
Pads
Manufactured in conjunction with Original Equipment
(O.E.) Japanese brake manufacturer NISSIN, AEM's High Performance
Brake Pads are guaranteed to outperform the stock pads and fit
perfectly every time. A unique ceramic-aramid fiber compund
provides a higher coefficient of friction which resists fading
and reduces stopping distances. These pads were independently
lab tested to ensure consistent hot or cold performance, shorter
stopping distances and reduced pedal effort. |

Volume Fuel Systems
While
working with our sponsored racers at various events the past
several years, our engineers saw vehicles in almost every class
that lacked the fuel delivery capabilities necessary to support
high horsepower levels. What began as a simple observation ultimately
led to the development of a High Volume Fuel Rail, High Performance
Street Fuel Filter, and two Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator
designs. This complete high volume fuel delivery system is capable
of supporting over 1000 horsepower, which is enough fuel to
satisfy the needs of most high-output engines. |

AEM Tru-Time adjustable cam gears enable an engine's cam timing
to match its tuning state, whether it is stock, modified, forced-induction
or normally-aspirated. These cam gears are used by top race
teams throughout the world and are a must for applications where
the cylinder head or block is milled or where aftermarket or
reground camshafts are installed. Our gears are the most durable
on the market-we have cam gears on high performance engines
that have run 100,000 miles with no wearing of the belt or belt
surface. AEM cam gears feature true laser-etched markings and
precision cut gear teeth that are guaranteed to match the Original
Equipment (O.E.) drive tooth profile. Each kit includes comprehensive
installation instructions, recommended cam gear settings and

Tru-Power Pulleys
AEM
Tru-Power pulleys increase horsepower by decreasing the parasitic
effects that factory accessory pulleys have on a vehicle's engine.
The pulley's lightweight 6061 T-6 billet aluminum construction
reduces rotating weight and increases efficiency. All pulleys
have a tooth profile that is guaranteed to match Original Equipment
(O.E.) specifications, eliminating the chances of premature
belt wear. Each Tru-Power pulley kit includes comprehensive
instructions, performance belts and AEM decals.

Plug Cover
AEM's spark plug cover is constructed of 6061 T-6 billet aluminum
and is available in blue, red and silver for show-quality looks.
This piece enhances the aesthetic of the valve cover and complements
an AEM-equipped engine bay perfectly. When ordering insert "B"
for blue, "C" for clear or "R" for red after
part number to indicate color desired.
Billet Oil Filler Cap
The AEM oil filler cap is fabricated from billet aluminum and
black anodized. A colored center cap is included with the oil
filler cap and is available in blue, red and light pewter with
a brushed silver AEM logo. For perfect alignment of the AEM
logo, we recommend installing the oil filler cap onto your valve
cover before applying the logo center cap. When ordering insert
"B" for blue, "C" for clear or "R"
for red after part number to indicate color desired. |
