1. Are there any taxes when I place an order?

USA Customers:
We have warehouses in California, Michigan, and Florida. All California / Michigan / Florida and other state residents do not need to pay any sales tax as we will pay for this.

International Customer (outside the United States)
We have international distribution centers in Europe & Southeast Asia now.
* For all purchases value less than $750 USD, we will handle any custom & import fees. So you don't have to pay anything extra.
* For all purchases above than $750 USD, there will be additional import tax, custom, or duties being charged by your designated countries. Please contact us or your local custom departments with questions on any additional fees.

2. Will it be safe to use my credit card over the Internet?

Yes, definitely. We are currently using Thawte SSL Digital Certificate for all secured credit card payments. They offer secure sockets layer (SSL) digital certificate - 128 bit technology, which encrypts your credit card number, name and address, ensuring that all of your personal information cannot be read as it is transmitted over the Internet. It is the safest encryption method available. Therefore, it is safe to use your credit card to make an online payment with Global Autoshop.

3. Will my information be kept private?

Yes, definitely. Global Autoshop respects the privacy of all its customers and visitors. Our privacy policy assures you that we will not disclose any information that you have provided to any other party for any purpose. All information provided to us remains confidential. Global Autoshop will not collect any personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. Examples of such information are: name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number, birthdays, and product commentary. Global Autoshop uses personally identifying data, provided by you, our visitors, only in connection with our use of the our sites and for our promotion, planning and inventory purposes and will not disseminate it to parties outside of Global Autoshop.

To be compatible with all contents in this website, we recommend you to use browser such as Google Chrome / Mozilla Firefox / Safari / Internet Explorer / Opera 5.0 or later version. All browsers are free and can be downloaded to your computer.

If you need a help with an order or to find a product, Please contact us via email or visit our contact section. When contacting us, please be specific as much as you can. We will gladly assist and get in touch with you as soon as possible.

6. What kind of payments do you accept and how do I place an order?

Placing your order with Global Autoshop is always convenient and easy. We can accept your order Online and Offline.

Online:
We can take All Major Credit Card Payments (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Amex) & Paypal through our Shopping Cart (a secure & safe online credit card payment) or through our Secured Order Form.

* To place your order online, you can just click any (Order Button) next to item price and a new shopping cart window will appear.

Tips: Please disable any window pop up blocker. Therefore, when you click on any order button in our website, a new shopping cart window will appear and you can checkout from the new window.

Offline:
We can take Bank Wire Transfer, Money Order, Cashier Check, and Personal Check. Orders can be placed by mail, fax, or e-mail. When we receive your order, we will process it immediately and email you with the status of your order. All orders will be shipped out immediately within 24 to 48 hours after your payment is approved.


7. How to order online and use the shopping cart feature?

When the item is available to purchase online, you can find a shopping cart icon (order button) nearby the item's price. Just click on it and a new pop up window browser will appear. You can now check out securely using your credit cards payment.

Tips: Please turn off / disable any pop up window blocker. Therefore, when you click on any order button, a new shopping cart window can appear.

Another way to order is you can also fill out our Secured Order Form and fax/mail/submit it online.


8. What happens after I placed my order?

When we receive your order, we will process your order immediately and email you with the status of your order. All orders will be shipped out immediately within 24 to 48 hours after your payment is approved. If the item you ordered is not in stock, we would send you a notification immediately informing you of the delay.

9. How quickly are orders shipped?

We will generally ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours. Our distribution centers are in California, Michingan, and Florida for faster shipping time in USA. We also have expanded our distribution center in Europe and Southeast Asia. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped. We will also provide you with a shipping confirmation. If the item you ordered is not in stock (backorder), we will send you a notification immediately informing you of the delay.

10. How do I check my order tracking information?

After we ship your order, we will email your order tracking number along with the shipping company information. You can simply check the tracking information by visiting the websites of our major shipping companies directly such as: fedex, dhl, ups, airborne, or usps. Our product section also provides you with the direct links of our major shipping companies.

11. What are your shipping charges and details of shipping?

Most of our items will have a detail of shipping cost nearby the item's price. You can place your order online and the shipping cost will appear in your shopping cart.

For non listed shipping cost, the shipping cost may vary. However, we provide only the lowest shipping cost possible with the fastest delivery time. For more information, please contact us, we'll quote you with the lowest price.

12. Does Global Autoshop ship internationally?

Yes, indeed. For international shipping rates, click here. Here at Global Autoshop, our goal is bring the performance automotive upgrades to the rest of the world. Our distribution centers are in USA, Europe, and Southeast Asia. You can be rest assured that we aim to make the buying process of our customer as convenient and as economical as possible. All our products will be shipped in accordance to our International Sales Agreement. Please also note that items shipped to your destination may be subject to custom duties or tax depending on which country you are residing in. Usually most of our customers get away without having to pay for such a levy since inspection is random. Customs inspection on packages, may also delay your order from being delivered, even after it arrives in your country. Please check up the appropriate rates with the authorities in your area.

13. What is the status of my order?

After you submit your order with us, we will begin processing your order immediately. If your order is approved, then the item you purchased will be shipped within 24-48 hours. If the item you ordered is not in stock, we will send you a notification immediately informing you of the delay.We will also email you when your order has been shipped and provide you with order tracking information.

14. Why my credit card order did not go through / was cancelled?

While we value your business and always make every effort to ensure that all order/payment transactions are handled immediately, unfortunately your credit card order may not go though with our credit card processor for several factors. Please note that this is not a reflection on the willingness from our side for any of this rare occasion. These are some common factors bellow:

* You might enter wrong credit card information. Please recheck your credit card digits as well as other contact and billing information.
* The billing address did not match with the shipping address. Please confirm your apt # or suite number, PO or RR box address, state or zip code. We ship to the cardholder at the billing address only.
* There was insufficient funds available. On some debit cards (if you are using one), there may be a limit per daily transaction.
* You just recently change your address. If you recently changed your address, someone at your bank could have mistyped your information into the address verification system or your bank will not verify your billing address until you paid your first billing statement.

At the end, you can also replace your order with a different credit card or with the same card after you verify your information with your credit card bank for more information. You can also send us a check/MO as another "form of payments"


15. Is there any Payment Plans?

We do not offer payment plans at the moment. In the future, we may offer this feature. Please keep tuned and contact us to inquire.

16. Is there any Extended Warranties?

We do not offer extended warranties. Some products are originally equipped with the manufacturer warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly for more information.

17. What is a backorder?

It's very rare, but backorders occur due to manufacturer stock outages and other external problems. In the rare occasion, we will notify the customer through e-mail with any time frame, if an order will be delayed/backordered, at which point, the customer can have an option to cancel the order with a simple reply.

18. What is a special order?

Various products will show a "Special Order" status upon selection. Special orders take longer than your average restock item, especially if they are not frequently stocked through local distribution. Special Order items are not more expensive, it's simply a business term we use meaning "please be patient, this may be a while".

19. How do I return a product?

Your order is protected with 30 days return policy. If you want to return your product, you need to get an authorization from us. Please make certain of your product selections before placing your order. If you need help or have questions selecting between a variety of similar products, email us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

20. What's the best way to contact your company? I'd like to place an order/ ask some questions.

We encourage you to email us for faster response. Our Phone orders are limited and we are currently working to improve it. We ask you to send all inquiries and request through email to assure no detail is overlooked.

If you have a problem with an existing order and prefer to speak by traditional means, simply send an email to / call us (leave a message) along with your contact information. We will return your call as quickly as possible. Our business hours are 7 days a week - 9-6 PM PST, which is when general E-mail and order follow-ups are replied to. Most of the time, our sales staffs are also available to assist you After Hour as well.
