Here at Global Autoshop, customer's satisfaction is very important to us. We always protect your order with refund/exchange policies.

Returns will be accepted only with prior authorization by Global Autoshop. We will handle your return promptly by either exchanging or by issuing credit. Shipping/insurance charges that you incurred will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error. More information is listed bellow.


GLOBAL AUTOSHOP'S RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICIES:

Global Autoshop offers variety of products from many different manufactures. We follow the individual manufactures return policies and warranties. Due to the nature of these products, the following return policies are effective (No exceptions will be made):

1. Returnable order is protected with 30 days refund/exchange policy after receiving the item(s). No return are accepted after passing the day. Please indicate the reason for your return and be sure to include a copy of your packing slip or receipt.
   
2. Returnable order must be accompanied with a copy of the original purchase invoice to validate the age of product.
   
3. Returnable order will be accepted only with prior authorization by Global Autoshop. Otherwise, we are not responsible for items returned without authorization.
   
4. Returnable merchandise must be in new condition and in original packaging for acceptance. If not, additional charges may occur.
   
5. Returnable items in a new condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
   
6. All canceled order (on returnable order) after the order is being placed with our vendors will be subject to 10% restocking fee.
   
7. Undeliverable or refused shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking fee of the selling price and the S&H is not refundable.
   
8. Refunds / exchanges on returnable order will not be processed until Global Autoshop has received and inspected all products.
   
9. Shipping/insurance charges that you incurred will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
   
10. We will handle your return promptly by either exchanging or by issuing credit. We will charge back to your credit card or send you refund check within 30 days of returning items to us as per our guideline.
    

NON RETURNABLE ORDER

1. Absolutely NO Refunds on special orders (ex. imported merchandise), all accessories, aerodynamic, & styling parts, wheels/tires, electrical, high performance parts, or parts which have been installed.
   
2. Absolutely NO Canceled order on special orders after the order is being placed with our vendors.
